This 4K60 1×8 HDMI™ Splitter is designed with 1 HDMI input and 8 HDMI outputs, distributing one HDMI signal source to eight display devices simultaneously. Video resolution is up to 4K@60Hz 4:4:4, as specified in HDMI 2.0. It supports advanced EDID management with COPY and AUTO modes, resolution auto downscaling from 4K to 1080p on each output, and CEC on HDMI OUT 1. Auto Downscaling
This splitter supports resolution auto downscaling on all outputs. It will automatically output the proper HDMI signal according to the EDID of the display device.
COPY Mode: The source signal is sent to each output according to the EDID of the connected display device. 4K TVs receive a 4K signal; 1080p TVs receive a downscaled 1080p signal.
AUTO Mode: The EDIDs of all output devices are compared. The source signal is then downscaled and sent to all outputs based on the lowest common EDID detected across all connected displays.
