This Dante 2CH Analog Audio Encoder is an audio transmitter based on the Dante Ultimo solution. It supports balanced/unbalanced audio input and 3-level gain adjustment. It encodes audio signals, and then transmits the audio to the receiving end through network (Dante). It supports POE function.

Application Example
How it works: The Audio Encoder (this product) receives L/R analog audio from a DVD player through its AUDIO INPUT terminals, encodes it into Dante digital audio, and transmits it over the network via its DANTE(POE) RJ45 port to the 100/1000M Network Switch. The switch routes the Dante audio to a USB Audio Encoder/Decoder (connected to a Laptop) and an Audio Decoder (which outputs L/R analog audio to Speakers).
